Does my withBIM Subscription include a Revit, Revit LT or AutoCAD license?

No it does not, These software platforms are owned by Autodesk©, a valid licenses to these products is required and can be purchased at www.autodesk.com. withBIM™ is not associated with Autodesk©.

What is included in my Plan Subscription?

All subscriptions run annually from the day of purchase and include the following:
– Template data sets and associated files
– Access to online knowledge hub containing user guides, manuals and support
– Annual updates and improvements, in line with the latest software releases
– Virtual setup consultation and general support

Do I need a specific version of Revit or AutoCAD?

All our templates are compatible with Revit 2019 through to 2022, the files provided upon subscription are saved in Revit 2019, but can be upgraded to 2020, 2021 or 2022 as required. The AutoCAD Menu Add-in is compatible with both AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT versions from 2010 onwards.

Do I need administrator privileges to use these templates?

No you do not, no installation is required. Soon as downloaded you can start to use the templates and tools. Some minor configuration is required within AutoCAD and Revit, user guides included In Knowledge.

My company already has a Revit Template, how can withBIM help?

Revit Templates and systems need to be continually updated and refined to stay relevant, often we find designers create a Revit Template but it’s never updated. This may be due to lack of resource, internal knowledge or the original creator is no longer with the business.

Can I customise these templates to suit my standards?

Yes you can! User guides are available online via Knowledge. For a one-off cost we can implement these customisations for you, Contact Us for more information.

Are your products available in other languages?

At present our products are only available in English, for future releases we may include other languages.

Please note: adjusting the language within Revit does not translate custom information such as text, parameter data and family naming.

How do I add more Users to my account?

Depending on the number of User Seats included in your Template Subscription, you can manage the onboarding process via your My Account page. Additional User Seats can be purchased if required, Contact Us for more information.
